Do I need to know Spanish to visit Cuba?
No. You will be surprised how many people speak English very well. Besides, both your tour guide and leader are native Spanish speakers who will be able to translate for you when you need it. Having said that, it would not hurt if you brush up on the Spanish you learned in High School or at college.
